Putting America First and Supporting President Trump
Jim Schwartzel is proud to support President Donald J. Trump and the America First agenda. Like many in Southwest Florida, Jim believes that President Trump’s leadership make our country stronger, safer, and more prosperous. In Congress, Jim will back President Trump every step of the way—fighting to bring back energy independence, restore law and order, defend our borders, and keep the radical Left from destroying the values that make America great.
Fighting for Term Limits
Washington is broken thanks to career politicians who care more about protecting their power than serving the people. Jim supports term limits for members of Congress because it’s time to break up the ruling class and return power to the people. Public office should be about service, not self-preservation.
Protecting Southwest Florida’s Water Quality
Our water isn’t just important to our economy—it’s part of who we are. As an avid boater, Jim understands this and will fight to protect the Caloosahatchee River, our beaches, and the natural beauty that makes Southwest Florida special. He’ll support common-sense water management policies that prioritize clean water, healthy estuaries, and the needs of our community—not the agendas of environmental extremists or special interest groups.
Strengthening the Economy and Creating Jobs
As a successful businessman, Jim knows what it takes to grow an economy and create jobs. He will fight to keep taxes low, eliminate burdensome regulations, and make it easier for small businesses to thrive. Jim opposes socialist spending policies that drive inflation and destroy opportunity, and he will stand up for working families and entrepreneurs across Southwest Florida.
Improving Infrastructure and Easing Traffic
Anyone who drives in Southwest Florida knows our roads and infrastructure is in serious need of investment and improvement. Jim will push for funding to complete the projects necessary to reduce traffic congestion and enhance safety, making it easier for families, businesses, and emergency services to move throughout the region.
Defending Constitutional Liberties
Jim believes our rights come from God, not government. He will always defend your individual liberties enumerated in the Constitution and fight against the heavy hand of government control. From protecting free speech and religious freedom to preserving the right to keep and bear arms, Jim will never back down from defending the God-given liberties that make our nation the freest in the world.
Securing the Border and Stopping Illegal Immigration
America must have strong borders. Jim will fight to finish the wall, enforce immigration laws, and stop the flood of illegal immigrants and deadly drugs pouring into our communities. He believes in legal immigration—but illegal immigration threatens our national security, burdens taxpayers, and puts American jobs and families at risk. Jim firmly believes that anyone entering our country illegally and breaking our laws should be sent back to where they came from.
Protecting Family Values and Pushing Back on Woke Ideology
Jim believes in protecting traditional family values and preserving the innocence of our children. He opposes the Left’s radical DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) mandates and the push to force gender ideology into our schools, sports, and workplaces. Jim stands firmly against biological men competing in women’s sports and believes parents—not bureaucrats—should have the final say in how their children are raised and educated.
